Welcome to the Hohsaas Hut!
Welcome to 3,140 metres above sea level, high above Saas-Grund in the Saas Valley. The Hohsaas Hut is a mountain hut, mountain restaurant and starting point for unforgettable experiences in the heart of the Valais Alps – in both summer and winter.
In summer, we are a popular destination for hikers, mountaineers and nature lovers. Weissmies and Lagginhorn are right on our doorstep, surrounded by glaciers and an impressive panorama of numerous 4,000-metre peaks.
In winter, the Hohsaas Hut is located right in the heart of the Hohsaas ski area. Skiers, snowboarders and winter visitors can stop by, relax on our sunny terrace and enjoy a break with a unique view of the snow-covered mountain landscape.
Whether you come for a hike, a mountain tour, a day of skiing, a relaxing meal or an overnight stay, up here the mountains and the sky feel within reach.

Thank You for a Wonderful Summer Season
On September 27, 2026, our summer season at Hohsaas came to an end.
We would like to sincerely thank all our wonderful guests and visitors who joined us over the past months and shared so many special moments with us at Hohsaas.
We are now taking a short break while we prepare everything for the winter season. From December 19, 2026, we will be delighted to welcome you back.
Look forward to a wonderful winter season at Hohsaas, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, delicious dishes in a cosy atmosphere and, of course, unforgettable skiing moments right on our doorstep.
We are already looking forward to seeing many familiar faces again, welcoming new guests and enjoying a fantastic winter season together.
